After years of using city steam, the most expensive fuel source in New York City, the former Palace Hotel, located in midtown Manhattan, switched to a clean-and- green power generation solution designed to save the hotel 30-40 percent of its annual electric and thermal energy expenses by providing cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
